Strata-G|Eric Mower + Associates, a strategic integrated marketing communications firm, has named Liz Adkins and Peter Osborne as group directors of the public relations department in the agency’s Cincinnati office. Together, they will focus on growing and maintaining key relationships with the agency’s new and existing client base.
“Liz and Peter are great assets to the Cincinnati office and the entire agency,” said Jeff Eberlein, senior partner at Strata-G|EMA. “As our building and construction segment, and professional services division, continue to grow, it will serve us well to have strong public relations leadership in each category. We look forward to the future as the agency’s PR team continues to grow.”
Adkins has re-joined Strata-G|EMA after working for the agency from 2010-2011. She brings 12 years of public relations experience and has worked with brands such as Bosch Power Tools & Accessories, Husqvarna, LP Building Products, A. O. Smith, Habitat for Humanity of Tennessee and Rebuilding Together Nashville. Adkins will oversee the agency’s building and construction public relations account teams, including Gorilla Glue, TimberTech, Kett Tool and LeafMate, as well as lead new business initiatives in the category.
Osborne has been with Strata-G/EMA since January 2011 as a senior relationship supervisor, leading public relations efforts in construction, healthcare, packaging and sustainability. Prior to joining Strata-G, he served as regional PR director for the American Cancer Society for six years and worked as a television news reporter for nine years. Osborne is active in the Public Relations Society of America, from which he earned his Accreditation in Public Relations (APR), the industry’s only nationally recognized mark of distinction. He currently serves on the board of the Cincinnati chapter of PRSA. He will oversee the agency’s professional services PR account teams with clients including xpedx, Prasco, TAPPI and Color Resolutions International, in addition to working with new business opportunities.
