Kelly Staruck was promoted to senior account supervisor at Eric Mower and Associates. Staruck is responsible for implementing, managing and analyzing marketing research studies for a variety of EMA’s b-to-b and consumer clients.
Since joining EMA in 2007 as an experienced focus-group moderator and statistician, Staruck has helped grow EMA’s research capabilities by conducting online focus groups and secondary research discovery and analysis, and developing customer profiles. She performs brand awareness studies, creative and copy testing, brand discovery workshops, and attitude and usage studies. She is also responsible for vendor evaluation and selection.
Prior to EMA, Staruck worked at a local agency for four years on research projects for clients including GM, Ford, Mercedes Benz, and KCI.
A Baldwinsville resident, Staruck earned a bachelor’s from Bentley College in Waltham, Mass., and a master’s from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. Staruck was the recipient of the spring 2001 Whitman School of Management Alumni Award, and the spring 2006 Dale Carnegie Breakthrough Award and Human Relations Award.
